DECARBOXYLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

 * Preheat oven to 240°F.

 * Break the cannabis flower into small, uniform pieces to ensure even heat distribution.

 * Spread the pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

 * Strain the oil through a fine-mesh sieve lined with double-layered cheesecloth into a glass container.

 * Measure 1/4 cup of the infused oil for this recipe and store the remainder in a cool, dark cabinet.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

 * Sift the "00" flour and cocoa powder together onto a clean stainless steel work surface or into a large bowl. Add the salt.

 * Create a wide well in the center of the dry ingredients.

 * Crack the eggs into the well and add the 1/4 cup of cannabis-infused olive oil.

 * Use a fork to gently whisk the eggs and oil together, gradually incorporating the flour from the inner walls of the well.

 * Once a shaggy dough forms, begin kneading by hand. Knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth, elastic, and deep chocolate in color. If too dry, add water by the teaspoon.

 * Wrap the dough tightly in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.

 * Roll out the dough using a pasta machine or rolling pin to your desired thickness (Level 6 or 7 on most machines).

 * Boil in a large pot of salted water for 3-5 minutes until al dente.
