Brew Time: 4 minutes
Total Time: 9 minutes
Servings: 1 cup
THC per serving: Approximately 10mg THC per cup
TERPENE PAIRING:

DOSAGE INFORMATION:
Each cup contains approximately 10mg THC. Total recipe contains 10mg THC. The infusion is carried through 1 tsp of infused butter, which must be mechanically emulsified to ensure consistent delivery.
PLEASE CONSUME RESPONSIBLY AND START LOW, GO SLOW!
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Effects may take 30-120 minutes to onset. Wait at least 2 hours before considering additional consumption. Do not drive or operate machinery.
INGREDIENTS:
* 7 grams high-quality cannabis flower (for the infusion base)
* 1 cup unsalted grass-fed butter (you will use 1 tsp for this recipe)
* 20 grams (approx. 3 tbsp) fresh-ground artisan coffee beans
* 12 oz filtered water (heated to 202°F)
* 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin (optional, for enhanced emulsification)
* 1 pinch cinnamon or sea salt (optional garnish)
DECARBOXYLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
* Preheat oven to 240°F.
* Break the cannabis flower into small, uniform pieces.
* Spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
* Bake for 30-40 minutes until light toasted brown.
* Allow to cool completely.
INFUSION INSTRUCTIONS:
* Melt 1 cup of butter in a double boiler over low heat.
* Add the decarboxylated flower.
* Maintain heat between 160°F and 180°F for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
* Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and cheesecloth.
* Store in the refrigerator. Measure exactly 1 tsp for this recipe.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
* Place a paper filter in your pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water to remove any paper taste; discard the rinse water.
* Add the freshly ground coffee to the filter.
* Pour just enough 202°F water over the grounds to wet them (the "bloom"). Wait 30 seconds.
* Slowly pour the remaining water in concentric circles over the grounds, finishing the brew in approximately 3-4 minutes.
* Transfer the brewed coffee into a tall, heat-safe vessel or blender.
* Add 1 tsp of the infused butter and the sunflower lecithin.
* Use an immersion blender or high-speed blender for 30 seconds until the coffee is light in color and a thick, creamy foam forms on top.
* Pour into a warmed ceramic mug.
* Top with a tiny pinch of sea salt or cinnamon if desired.
CHEF TIPS:
For the most professional result, always use freshly ground beans. Pre-ground coffee loses its volatile aromatic oils quickly. By grinding right before brewing, you ensure the coffee’s natural oils are present to support the botanical infusion, resulting in a much deeper and more harmonious flavor profile.
