Black Forest Cherry THC Brownies
(15 mg THC per brownie · 16 brownies · 240 mg total batch)
Deep dark chocolate brownie studded with kirsch-soaked cherries and topped with whipped cream. Zero weed taste, pure Black Forest decadence.
Decarboxylation
1.0–1.1 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 0.5 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in a sealed mason jar → ~240 mg usable THC
Infusion
½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter + 1 tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Melt to 170 °F → add decarbed material → hold 185 °F sous-vide 4 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 240 mg THC butter
Brownie Ingredients
¾ cup (95 g) all-purpose flour
¾ cup (75 g) unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-process if you want ultra-dark)
½ tsp salt
All 240 mg THC butter
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
½ cup (100 g) dark brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (175 g) dark chocolate chips or chunks
1 cup (150 g) drained morello or tart cherries + 2 tbsp kirsch (soak cherries 30 min minimum)
Whipped Cream Topping (optional but classic)
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla or kirsch
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Whisk flour, cocoa, salt.
3. Melt THC butter + both sugars over low heat until smooth.
Remove from heat → whisk in eggs one at a time → vanilla.
4. Fold dry ingredients into wet just until combined.
5. Fold in chocolate chips + soaked cherries (reserve kirsch for drizzling or drinking).
6. Spread into pan. Bake 28–34 minutes – center should be set but still fudgy.
7. Cool completely (at least 2 hours) before cutting 4×4 for 16 brownies.
8. Whip cream with sugar + vanilla/kirsch to soft peaks → dollop or pipe on each brownie right before serving.
Storage
Un-whipped brownies → airtight tin 5 days room temp, fridge 10 days, freezer 3 months
Add whipped cream fresh
