Bourbon Peach Glazed Pork Chops

Southern kitchens have always known the magic of fruit and fire. Sweet ripe peaches melt into bourbon and brown sugar, creating a sticky glaze that clings to seared pork chops. Step 1 — Decarboxylation

Ingredients

  • 3.5 grams cannabis flower (medium grind)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 240°F (115°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread cannabis evenly across the sheet.
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes, stirring once halfway.
  5. Allow cannabis to cool.

Step 2 — Cannabis Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup water
  • Decarboxylated cannabis

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and water together on very low heat.
  2. Add decarboxylated cannabis.
  3. Maintain temperature 160–180°F.
  4. Simmer gently 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Strain through cheesecloth.
  6. Refrigerate until butter solidifies.
  7. Remove butter layer and discard water.

Step 3 — Bourbon Peach Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 peaches, diced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cannabis butter
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Season Pork
    Pat pork chops dry. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

  2. Sear
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    Sear pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until deeply browned.

  3. Remove Pork
    Transfer to a plate.

  4. Cook Peaches
    Add diced peaches to the skillet and cook 3 minutes.

  5. Deglaze
    Pour in bourbon and scrape the pan.

  6. Build Sauce
    Add brown sugar, broth, and vinegar. Simmer 5 minutes.

  7. Finish With Infusion
    Stir in 1 tablespoon cannabis butter until melted.

  8. Return Pork
    Add pork chops back to the skillet.

  9. Glaze
    Spoon sauce over the pork and simmer 5–7 minutes until thick and glossy.

  10. Serve
    Plate pork chops and drizzle with extra peach glaze.
