Steps
1. Whisk dry: flour + baking soda + salt.
2. Cream THC brown butter + sugars until fluffy → add egg/yolk + vanilla → beat smooth.
3. Fold in dry until just combined → stir in pecans.

5. Preheat oven 350 °F (175 °C) → space cookies on lined sheets → sprinkle sea salt.
6. Bake 10–13 minutes until edges golden, centers soft → cool on sheet 5 minutes → rack.
