A luxurious cannabis-infused finishing oil with deep earthy truffle aroma and smooth olive oil richness. Designed for finishing dishes, not cooking—just a drizzle transforms pasta, eggs, risotto, pizza, and roasted vegetables.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 1 cup infused oil

Using 3g cannabis at 15% THC

≈450mg THC total
≈14mg THC per tablespoon

Adjust potency by adjusting cannabis quantity.

Step 1: Decarboxylation

Ingredients

3g cannabis flower

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C)
  2. Break cannabis into small pieces
  3. Spread evenly on parchment lined baking tray
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes
  5. Cool completely

Step 2: Infuse Olive Oil

Ingredients

1 cup high quality olive oil
Decarboxylated cannabis

Method

  1. Heat oil in saucepan on very low heat
  2. Add cannabis
  3. Maintain 160–180°F
  4. Infuse 2 hours, stirring occasionally
  5. Strain through cheesecloth

Step 3: Truffle Finish

Ingredients

1 tsp black truffle oil
½ tsp sea salt (optional)

Method

  1. Allow infused oil to cool slightly
  2. Stir in truffle oil
  3. Add salt if desired
  4. Mix thoroughly

Storage

Store in sealed glass bottle

Refrigerated: 1 month
