Shredded chicken is tossed in a creamy buffalo sauce boosted with cannabis-infused butter, rolled tightly into corn tortillas, and baked until blistered and crispy. Step 1 — Decarboxylation

Ingredients

7 g cannabis flower

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 240°F (115°C).
  2. Break cannabis into small pieces.
  3. Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Allow cannabis to cool.

Step 2 — Cannabis Butter Infusion

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup water
Decarboxylated cannabis

Instructions

  1. Add butter and water to saucepan on low heat.
  2. Once butter melts, add decarbed cannabis.
  3. Simmer gently 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Do not allow mixture to boil.
  5. Strain through cheesecloth into a container.
  6. Refrigerate until butter solidifies.
  7. Remove hardened butter.

Step 3 — Buffalo Chicken Filling

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 tbsp cannabis butter
⅓ cup buffalo sauce
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Melt cannabis butter in skillet on low heat.
  2. Stir in buffalo sauce and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken and mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Remove from heat.

Step 4 — Roll the Taquitos

Ingredients

10 small corn tortillas
Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas briefly so they become flexible.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons filling to each tortilla.
  3. Roll tightly into cylinders.
  4. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray with oil.

Step 5 — Bake

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Bake taquitos 15–18 minutes until crispy and golden.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

If butter contains ~700 mg THC and 2 tbsp are used:
