Cannabis-Infused Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken Bites

Golden crispy chicken bites tossed in a sticky honey garlic glaze and finished with a light drizzle of cannabis-infused sesame oil. Crunchy, sweet, savory, and perfect for rainy-day snacking.

Step 1 — Decarboxylation

Ingredients

3 g cannabis flower

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 230°F (110°C)
  2. Break cannabis into small pieces
  3. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes
  5. Allow cannabis to cool completely

Step 2 — Cannabis-Infused Sesame Oil

Ingredients

½ cup neutral oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
Decarboxylated cannabis

Method

  1. Add oils and cannabis to a small saucepan.
  2. Heat gently between 160–180°F.
  3. Infuse 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Strain through cheesecloth.
  5. Store in a sealed jar.

Step 3 — Chicken Bites

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast (cubed)
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
Oil for frying

Method

  1. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  2. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in another bowl.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in egg.
  4. Coat in seasoned flour.
  5. Heat frying oil to 350°F.
  6. Fry chicken 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Drain on paper towels.

Step 4 — Honey Garlic Glaze

Ingredients

⅓ cup honey
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cannabis-infused sesame oil

Method

  1. Add honey, garlic, and soy sauce to a small saucepan.
  2. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in infused oil.

Step 5 — Toss & Serve

Cooked chicken bites
Honey garlic glaze
Sesame seeds
Green onions

Method

  1. Add chicken bites to a bowl.
  2. Pour glaze over chicken.
  3. Toss until coated.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions.
