These St. Patrick’s Day crunch wraps layer chopped corned beef, crispy potatoes, sharp Irish cheddar, cabbage slaw, and a cannabis-infused mustard cream inside toasted tortillas. The infusion is incorporated into the mustard cream for clean structure and consistent dosing.
A Note on Dosing
This recipe makes 6 crunch wraps.
Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:
~55mg THC total (infused into mustard cream)
~9–10mg per wrap
For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~6–7mg per wrap
• 2g flower → ~12–14mg per wrap
Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Cream (For Mustard Sauce)
Ingredients
• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1 cup heavy cream
Decarboxylation
Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.
Infusion
Warm heavy cream to 160–170°F (do not simmer).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 1.5–2 hours.
Strain thoroughly and chill.
This cream contains the full THC content.
Step 2: Emerald Mustard Cream (Infused)
Ingredients
• 3/4 cup cannabis-infused cream
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• Pinch salt
Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
Step 3: Crunch Wrap Filling (Non-Infused)
Ingredients
• 2 cups chopped cooked corned beef
• 2 cups crispy roasted potato cubes
• 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Irish cheddar
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 6 large flour tortillas
Warm corned beef and potatoes together in skillet until crisp edges form.
Step 4: Assemble
Lay tortilla flat.
Layer corned beef, potatoes, cheddar, and cabbage in center.
Drizzle evenly with cannabis-infused mustard cream.
Fold tortilla edges inward to seal.
Toast seam-side down in skillet until golden and crisp on both sides.
Slice in half and serve warm.
