Cannabis-Infused “Emerald Fried Guinness Oreos”

Deep-Fried Fairground Style – St. Patrick’s Day

Classic sandwich cookies dipped in a Guinness-vanilla batter, fried until golden and crisp, dusted with powdered sugar, and finished with a measured cannabis-infused Irish cream drizzle. Crunchy outside, molten center, carnival energy.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 12 fried Oreos.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into Irish cream drizzle)
~4–5mg per Oreo
~8–10mg per 2-piece serving

Alternative Dosing:
• 1g flower → ~5–6mg per 2-piece serving
• 2g flower → ~12–14mg per 2-piece serving

Terpene Pairing Suggestion: Myrcene-forward strain complements chocolate richness; Limonene balances sweetness.


Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Irish Cream Drizzle

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
• ¼ cup powdered sugar

Decarboxylation Method

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Break cannabis into small pieces.
  3. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.

Infusion Method

  1. Heat heavy cream and butter to just steaming.
  2. Add decarboxylated cannabis.
  3. Maintain temperature between 160–170°F for 2 hours.
  4. Stir every 15 minutes.
  5. Strain thoroughly through cheesecloth.
  6. Whisk in Irish cream and powdered sugar.
  7. Cool until slightly thickened.

Refrigerate up to 5 days.


Step 2: Guinness Batter

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• Pinch salt
• ¾ cup Guinness
• 1 egg
• Oil for frying
• 12 sandwich cookies

  1. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add egg and Guinness.
  4. Whisk until smooth and slightly thick.

Step 3: Fry

  1. Dip each cookie fully into batter.
  2. Carefully lower into hot oil.
  3. Fry 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove to paper towel-lined tray.
  5. Dust lightly with powdered sugar.

Step 4: Dose & Finish

  1. Drizzle 1 teaspoon cannabis-infused Irish cream sauce per Oreo.
  2. Serve warm.
