Cannabis-Infused Emerald Garlic Butter Sliders with Crispy Onions

Late-night sliders are built for sharing — juicy, cheesy, and handheld. This St. Patrick’s Day version layers seasoned beef patties with sharp Irish cheddar, crispy onions, and a glossy emerald cannabis-infused garlic butter brushed over toasted brioche buns. The infusion lives entirely in the garlic butter for consistent dosing and bold flavor.

A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 12 sliders.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into garlic butter)
~4–5mg per slider
~8–10mg per 2-slider serving

For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~6–7mg per 2-slider serving
• 2g flower → ~12–14mg per 2-slider serving

Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Garlic Butter

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• Pinch sea salt

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Melt butter over low heat (160–180°F).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.

Stir in garlic, parsley, and salt while warm.

This butter contains the full THC content.

Step 2: Slider Patties (Non-Infused)

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 12 small brioche buns
• 12 slices sharp Irish cheddar
• Crispy fried onions

Form small patties slightly larger than buns.
Season generously.

Cook in hot skillet 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
Top with cheddar and melt.

Step 3: Assemble

Toast buns lightly.

Brush top and bottom buns with measured emerald garlic butter.

Layer patty, crispy onions, and optional lettuce or pickles.

Serve warm.
