Cannabis-Infused Emerald Irish Cream Cinnamon Roll Bites

Warm, sticky, and late-night approved. These St. Patrick’s Day cinnamon roll bites are baked golden, tossed in emerald vanilla glaze, and finished with a cannabis-infused Irish cream drizzle. Soft centers, glossy tops, and clean portion control make them perfect for sharing.

A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 24 cinnamon roll bites.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into Irish cream glaze)
~2–2.5mg per bite
~8–10mg per 4-bite serving

For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~6–7mg per 4-bite serving
• 2g flower → ~12–14mg per 4-bite serving

Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Irish Cream Glaze

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Warm heavy cream to 160–170°F (do not simmer).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 1.5–2 hours.
Strain thoroughly and cool.

Whisk infused cream with Irish cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
This glaze contains the full THC content.

Step 2: Cinnamon Roll Base (Non-Infused)

Ingredients

• 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (or homemade equivalent)

Preheat oven according to package directions.

Cut each roll into quarters.
Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.

Step 3: Emerald Vanilla Glaze (Non-Infused)

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• Small pinch matcha (for emerald tint)

Whisk until smooth.

Toss warm cinnamon roll bites in emerald glaze.

Step 4: Finish

Drizzle measured cannabis-infused Irish cream glaze evenly over coated bites.
Let set slightly before serving.
