Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Butter (For Sauce)

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Melt butter over low heat (160–180°F).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.

This butter contains the full THC content.


Step 2: Cheddar Beer Drizzle (Infused)

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup cannabis-infused butter (measured)
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 cup Irish lager
• 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Irish cheddar
• Pinch salt
• Pinch smoked paprika

Melt infused butter in saucepan.
Whisk in flour to form roux.
Slowly whisk in beer until smooth.
Stir in cheddar until fully melted.
Keep warm but do not boil.

Ingredients

• 3 large russet potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
