A Note on Dosing

Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Heavy Cream
Ingredients
• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1 cup heavy cream
Decarboxylation
Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.
Infusion
Warm heavy cream to 160–170°F (do not simmer).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 1.5–2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.
Chill completely before whipping.
This cream contains the full THC content.
Step 2: Emerald Cheesecake Base (Infused)
Ingredients
• 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• Zest of 2 key limes
• 3 tablespoons key lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup cannabis-infused whipped cream
• Small pinch matcha for light emerald tint
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar, zest, juice, and vanilla.
Fold in infused whipped cream until airy and smooth.
Chill 30 minutes.
Step 3: Graham Crumble
Ingredients
• 1 cup crushed graham crackers
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon sugar
Mix until evenly coated.
Step 4: Assemble Shooters
Layer graham crumble in bottom of each small glass.
Pipe cheesecake filling on top.
Repeat layers once.
