This St. Patrick’s Day milkshake blends tangy key lime pie filling with vanilla ice cream and crushed graham cracker, finished with a glossy emerald cannabis-infused lime syrup swirl. The infusion lives entirely in the syrup for smooth texture and clean dosing control.
A Note on Dosing
This recipe makes 4 milkshakes.
Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:
~55mg THC total (infused into lime syrup)
~13–14mg per milkshake
For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~9–10mg per milkshake
• 2g flower → ~16–18mg per milkshake
Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Simple Syrup
Ingredients
• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water
Decarboxylation
Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.
Infusion
Combine sugar and water in saucepan over low heat until dissolved.
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain temperature below simmer for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.
This syrup contains the full THC content.
Step 2: Emerald Lime Syrup (Infused)
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup cannabis-infused simple syrup
• Zest of 1 lime
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• Small pinch matcha (for emerald tone)
Whisk together and chill.
Step 3: Milkshake Base (Non-Infused)
Ingredients
• 4 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup key lime pie filling
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers
Blend until thick and smooth.
Step 4: Assemble
Drizzle measured emerald lime syrup inside glasses.
Pour milkshake evenly into 4 glasses.
Top with:
• Whipped cream
• Graham cracker crumbs
• Lime zest
• Light drizzle of remaining syrup
Serve immediately.
