Cannabis-Infused “Emerald Matcha White Hot Chocolate”

White hot chocolate is already indulgent and silky — this St. Patrick’s Day version turns it vibrant emerald with ceremonial-grade matcha and finishes it with whipped cream and white chocolate curls. The cannabis infusion is incorporated into a measured matcha-coconut infusion base, ensuring smooth texture and consistent dosing without overpowering the drink.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 4 mugs.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into coconut oil base)
~12–14mg per mug

For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~8–9mg per mug
• 2g flower → ~16–18mg per mug

All cannabis is infused into the fat component for even distribution.


Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/4 cup coconut oil

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Warm coconut oil to 160–170°F (do not simmer).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.
Chill until slightly thickened.

This oil contains the full THC content.


Step 2: Emerald White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 4 cups whole milk
• 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
• 2 teaspoons matcha powder
• 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Warm milk gently over medium-low heat.
Whisk in white chocolate until melted.
Sift in matcha and whisk until smooth and emerald green.
Whisk in measured cannabis-infused coconut oil and vanilla.

Do not boil.


Step 3: Serve

Pour into mugs.
Top with:

• Whipped cream
• White chocolate shavings
• Light dusting of matcha

Serve immediately.
