Air-popped popcorn tossed with freshly grated parmesan, cracked black pepper, and a measured drizzle of cannabis-infused white truffle oil. Light, savory, and built for controlled late-night dosing.
A Note on Dosing
This recipe makes 8 servings.
Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:
~55mg THC total (infused into truffle oil)
~6–7mg per serving
Alternative Dosing:
• 1g flower → ~4–5mg per serving
• 2g flower → ~9–10mg per serving

Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Truffle Oil
Ingredients
• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/3 cup neutral oil
• 1 teaspoon white truffle oil (added after infusion)
Decarboxylation Method
- Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
- Break cannabis into small pieces.
- Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 35–40 minutes.
- Cool completely.
Infusion Method
- Heat neutral oil to 160–170°F.
- Add decarboxylated cannabis.
- Maintain temperature for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Strain thoroughly through cheesecloth.
- Once cooled slightly, stir in white truffle oil.
- Store refrigerated.
Shelf life: 10 days refrigerated.
Step 2: Popcorn Base
Ingredients
• ½ cup popcorn kernels
• 2 tablespoons non-infused olive oil (for popping)
• ½ cup finely grated parmesan
• ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused truffle oil
- Heat olive oil in large pot over medium.
- Add kernels and cover.
- Shake occasionally until popping slows.
- Remove from heat immediately to prevent burning.
- Transfer popcorn to large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Dose & Toss
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons infused truffle oil evenly over popcorn.
- Toss thoroughly to distribute.
- Sprinkle parmesan, pepper, and salt.
- Toss again to coat evenly.
