Cannabis-Infused Emerald Salted Caramel Brownie Skillet

Warm, gooey, and built for late-night St. Patrick’s Day indulgence. This deep-dish brownie skillet bakes with crisp edges and a molten center, finished with emerald cannabis-infused salted caramel poured right over the top. The infusion stays in the caramel for clean texture and consistent dosing per slice.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe serves 8 slices.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into caramel)
~6–7mg per slice

For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~4–5mg per slice
• 2g flower → ~8–9mg per slice


Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Cream (For Caramel)

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1 cup heavy cream

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Warm heavy cream to 160–170°F (do not simmer).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 1.5–2 hours.
Strain thoroughly and chill.

This cream contains the full THC content.


Step 2: Emerald Salted Caramel (Infused)

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup cannabis-infused cream
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• Small pinch matcha (optional for emerald tint)

Simmer sugar and water without stirring until amber.
Remove from heat and slowly whisk in infused cream.
Return briefly to low heat until smooth.
Stir in butter, salt, and matcha.

Cool slightly until thick but pourable.


Step 3: Brownie Base (Non-Infused)

Ingredients

• 1 cup melted butter
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup flour
• Pinch salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Whisk melted butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.

Pour into greased 10-inch cast iron skillet.

Bake 25–30 minutes until edges set and center slightly soft.


Step 4: Finish

While warm, pour measured emerald salted caramel evenly over top.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Slice into 8 equal portions.
