Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Butter Base
Ingredients
• 1.5g cannabis flower
• ½ cup unsalted butter
Decarboxylation Method
- Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
- Break cannabis into small pieces.
- Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 35–40 minutes.
- Cool completely.
Infusion Method
- Melt butter over lowest heat.
- Add decarboxylated cannabis.
- Maintain temperature between 160–170°F for 2 hours.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
- Strain thoroughly through cheesecloth.
- Chill until solid but softened for mixing.
Shelf life: 7 days refrigerated.
Step 2: Frosting Dip
Ingredients
• ½ cup cannabis-infused butter (softened)
• 2½ cups powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Green gel food coloring
• Rainbow sprinkles
- Beat infused butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing.
- Add cream and vanilla. Beat until light and airy.
- Add small amount of green gel coloring.
- Beat until evenly emerald.
- Fold in sprinkles.
Step 3: Serve
- Spoon into shamrock-shaped or green bowl.
- Surround with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or animal crackers.
