Cannabis-Infused Emerald Shamrock Garlic Knots with Cheddar Dip

Late-night carbs done right. These golden garlic knots are brushed with glossy emerald cannabis-infused butter and served with a warm Irish cheddar dip on the side. The infusion stays in the butter glaze, keeping the dough structure perfect while delivering consistent dosing in every bite.

A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 24 garlic knots.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into butter glaze)
~2–2.5mg per knot
~8–10mg per 4-knot serving

For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~6–7mg per 4-knot serving
• 2g flower → ~12–14mg per 4-knot serving

Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Garlic Butter

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• Pinch sea salt

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Melt butter over low heat (160–180°F).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.

Stir in garlic, parsley, and salt while warm.

This butter contains the full THC content.

Step 2: Garlic Knot Dough (Non-Infused)

Ingredients

• 1 pound pizza dough
• Olive oil

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Divide dough into 24 strips.
Tie each strip into a knot.

Place on parchment-lined sheet.
Brush lightly with olive oil.

Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3: Emerald Finish

Brush warm knots evenly with measured cannabis-infused garlic butter.
Sprinkle with extra parsley for emerald pop.

Step 4: Irish Cheddar Dip (Non-Infused)

Ingredients

• 1 cup shredded sharp Irish cheddar
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• Pinch paprika

Warm cream gently.
Stir in cheddar until melted and smooth.

Serve alongside knots.
