Retro 90s St. Patrick’s Party Snack – Reinvented

Crunchy cereal, pretzel twists, roasted peanuts, green chocolate candies, and white chocolate bound together with a precisely measured cannabis-infused white chocolate base. Sweet-salty clusters built for grab-and-go party bowls.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 20 clusters.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into white chocolate binder)
~2.5–3mg per cluster
~5–6mg per 2-cluster serving

Alternative Dosing:
• 1g flower → ~3–4mg per 2-cluster serving
• 2g flower → ~7–8mg per 2-cluster serving

Terpene Pairing Suggestion: Limonene enhances sweetness; Myrcene complements creamy white chocolate.


Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Decarboxylation Method

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Break cannabis into small pieces.
  3. Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.

Infusion Method

  1. Warm coconut oil over lowest heat.
  2. Add decarboxylated cannabis.
  3. Maintain temperature below 180°F (82°C) for 2 hours.
  4. Stir every 15 minutes.
  5. Strain thoroughly through cheesecloth.
  6. Cool until ready to use.

Step 2: White Chocolate Binder

Ingredients

• 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
• 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut oil

  1. Melt white chocolate using double boiler or microwave in 20-second bursts.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add cannabis-infused coconut oil.
  4. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.

Step 3: Mix & Form

Ingredients

• 2 cups crisp rice cereal
• 1 cup mini pretzels, lightly crushed
• 1 cup roasted peanuts
• ¾ cup green chocolate candies

  1. Combine cereal, pretzels, peanuts, and candies in large bowl.
  2. Pour melted infused white chocolate over mixture.
  3. Stir quickly to coat evenly.
  4. Scoop heaping tablespoons onto parchment-lined sheet.
  5. Form into rustic clusters.

Step 4: Set & Portion

  1. Allow to set at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate 20 minutes.
  2. Separate into 20 clusters.
  3. Package in 2-cluster portions for consistent dosing.
