Mini Irish soda bread rounds toasted and layered with soft scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sharp Irish cheddar, and a precisely dosed cannabis-infused scallion mayo. Warm, savory, handheld morning fuel.

A Note on Dosing


This recipe makes 8 breakfast sliders.


Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:


~55mg THC total (infused into scallion mayo)

~6–7mg per slider


Alternative Dosing:

• 1g flower → ~4–5mg per slider

• 2g flower → ~8–9mg per slider


Terpene Pairing Suggestion: Caryophyllene complements cheddar and bacon; Limonene brightens scallion notes.

Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Neutral Oil


Ingredients


• 1.5g cannabis flower

• ½ cup neutral oil


Decarboxylation Method


1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).



2. Break cannabis into small pieces.



3. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.



4. Bake 35–40 minutes.



5. Cool completely.




Infusion Method


1. Heat oil to 160–170°F.



2. Add decarboxylated cannabis.



3. Maintain temperature for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.



4. Strain thoroughly through cheesecloth.



5. Cool completely before mixing.




Shelf life: 10–14 days refrigerated.

Step 2: Scallion Mayo


Ingredients


• ¾ cup mayonnaise

• 3 tablespoons cannabis-infused oil

• 2 tablespoons finely sliced scallions

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

• Pinch salt


1. In bowl, whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice.



2. Slowly whisk in cannabis-infused oil.



3. Fold in scallions.



4. Chill until ready to use.

Step 3: Slider Components


Ingredients


• 8 mini soda bread rounds (split)

• 6 eggs

• 2 tablespoons heavy cream

• 8 slices bacon

• 1 cup shredded Irish cheddar

• Salt and cracked pepper


1. Cook bacon until crisp; set aside.



2. Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper.



3. Soft scramble eggs over low heat until just set.



4. Lightly toast soda bread halves.

1. Spread 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused scallion mayo per slider on bottom bun.



2. Add scrambled eggs.



3. Layer bacon and cheddar.



4. Cap with top bun.
