Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Butter (Sage Butter)
• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
Decarb at 225°F for 35–40 minutes.
Infuse butter at 160–180°F for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.

Step 2: Spinach & Ricotta Gnocchi (Non-Infused)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup ricotta (well drained)
• 1 cup blanched spinach (squeezed dry & puréed)
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 3/4 cup flour (plus extra for dusting)
• Salt & white pepper
• Pinch nutmeg
Method:
Mix ricotta, spinach purée, egg yolk, parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Fold in flour gently until just combined.
Roll into ropes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Dust lightly with flour.
Boil in salted water until they float (about 2 minutes).
Remove immediately.

Step 3: Burnt Sage Butter Finish
Heat measured cannabis-infused butter in pan.
Add fresh sage leaves.
Cook until butter turns lightly golden and fragrant.
Toss cooked gnocchi gently in butter.
Plate immediately.
