These St. Patrick’s Day deviled eggs blend creamy yolks with Thai green curry paste, coconut cream, and fresh lime. Each half is finished with crispy shallots and a measured drizzle of emerald cannabis-infused kaffir lime oil. The infusion lives entirely in the finishing oil for precise dosing and a clean, aromatic lift.

This recipe makes 24 deviled egg halves (12 whole eggs).
Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:
~55mg THC total (infused into kaffir lime oil)
~2–2.5mg per egg half
~8–10mg per 4-half serving
For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~6–7mg per 4-half serving
• 2g flower → ~12–14mg per 4-half serving
• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/3 cup neutral oil
• Zest of 1 lime
• 1 finely chopped kaffir lime leaf (optional)
Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.
Warm oil to 160–170°F.
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.
Stir in lime zest and kaffir lime leaf while warm. Cool completely.
This oil contains the full THC content.
• 12 hard-boiled eggs
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Thai green curry paste
• 1 tablespoon coconut cream
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• Pinch salt
Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
Blend yolks with mayonnaise, curry paste, coconut cream, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
Pipe filling back into egg whites.
Drizzle measured cannabis-infused kaffir lime oil lightly over each egg half.
Top with:
