Cannabis-Infused Emerald Whiskey Glazed Chicken Wings

Sticky, glossy, and built for late-night celebration. These St. Patrick’s Day wings are oven-roasted until crisp, then tossed in a cannabis-infused Irish whiskey glaze finished with emerald scallions and sesame. The infusion lives entirely in the glaze for bold flavor and consistent dosing.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 4 shareable portions (about 24 wings).

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into glaze)
~13–14mg per portion

For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~9–10mg per portion
• 2g flower → ~18–20mg per portion


Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Butter (For Glaze)

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Melt butter over low heat (160–180°F).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.

This butter contains the full THC content.


Step 2: Emerald Whiskey Glaze (Infused)

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup cannabis-infused butter (measured)
• 1/3 cup Irish whiskey
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• Pinch black pepper

Simmer whiskey and brown sugar 2–3 minutes.
Whisk in soy sauce, honey, and mustard.
Remove from heat and stir in infused butter until glossy.


Step 3: Wings (Non-Infused)

Ingredients

• 24 chicken wings
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• Salt
• Black pepper

Pat wings dry thoroughly.
Toss with baking powder and seasoning.

Bake at 425°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.


Step 4: Toss & Finish

Transfer hot wings to large bowl.
Pour emerald whiskey glaze over wings and toss thoroughly.

Finish with:

• Chopped scallions
• Sesame seeds

Serve immediately.
