This St. Patrick’s Day bark flips the usual mint direction and goes tart instead. Creamy white chocolate sets the base, layered with thin slices of dehydrated green apple, crushed pistachios, and a light crack of black pepper. The entire infusion lives in the emerald-tinted white chocolate for clean structure and consistent dosing.

Sweet, tart, slightly savory. Completely different profile.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 24 bark shards.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into white chocolate)
~2–3mg per shard
~6–9mg per 2–3 shard serving

For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~4–5mg per 2–3 shard serving
• 2g flower → ~10–12mg per 2–3 shard serving


Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Cocoa Butter

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1/4 cup cocoa butter (or refined coconut oil)

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Melt cocoa butter gently to 160–170°F.
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain low heat for 2 hours.
Strain thoroughly.

This fat contains the full THC content.


Step 2: Emerald White Chocolate Base (Infused)

Ingredients

• 12 ounces high-quality white chocolate
• 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused cocoa butter
• Small pinch matcha powder (for subtle emerald tone)

Melt white chocolate gently in double boiler.

Stir in infused cocoa butter until smooth.

Add matcha for soft emerald hue.


Step 3: Assemble

Line baking sheet with parchment.

Pour melted chocolate and spread 1/4-inch thick.

Immediately top with:

• Thin dehydrated green apple slices
• Crushed pistachios
• Light crack black pepper
• Pinch flaky sea salt

Let set at room temperature until firm.

Break into irregular shards.
