Cannabis-Infused Emerald White Chocolate Mint Fudge Cubes

Fudge is a classic confection that slices clean, stores well, and portions perfectly. This St. Patrick’s Day version layers silky white chocolate with cool peppermint and a vibrant emerald swirl. The cannabis infusion is incorporated into the condensed milk base for smooth, even distribution and consistent dosing in every cube.

A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 36 small fudge cubes.

Using 1.5g of 15% THC flower:

~55mg THC total (infused into base)
~1.5mg per cube
~6mg per 4-cube serving

For lighter servings:
• 1g flower → ~4mg per 4-cube serving
• 2g flower → ~8mg per 4-cube serving

Step 1: Cannabis-Infused Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients

• 1.5g cannabis flower
• 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Decarboxylation

Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
Bake finely ground cannabis for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Infusion

Warm condensed milk gently over low heat (do not simmer).
Add decarboxylated cannabis.
Maintain very low heat for 1.5–2 hours.
Strain thoroughly through fine mesh and chill.

This milk contains the full THC content.

Step 2: Fudge Base

Ingredients

• Cannabis-infused condensed milk
• 3 cups white chocolate chips
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
• Small pinch matcha (for emerald swirl)

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment.

Warm infused condensed milk gently.
Stir in white chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth.
Add peppermint extract.

Reserve 1/4 cup mixture and whisk in matcha to create emerald swirl layer.

Step 3: Layer & Swirl

Pour plain fudge mixture into pan.
Drop emerald mixture over top.
Use knife to swirl gently.

Chill at least 3 hours until firm.

Step 4: Slice

Lift from pan.
Cut into 36 even cubes for accurate dosing.
