CANNABIS-INFUSED LAVENDER-INFUSED LIME COOLER MOCKTAIL 💜🍋

A fragrant, soothing, and cannabis-infused non-alcoholic cooler that captures the delicate floral notes of lavender balanced by the bright, zesty punch of fresh lime. This recipe features a homemade lavender syrup for an authentic botanical depth. Infused with cannabis tincture, it delivers a serene and refreshing experience, perfect for unwinding.

RECIPE INFO:

Category: Beverage / Mocktail

Difficulty: Medium (due to lavender syrup)

Prep Time: 15 minutes (plus cooling time for syrup)

Total Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 2

THC per serving: Approximately 10mg THC per serving

TERPENE PAIRING:

Best paired with strains high in Linalool or Myrcene. Linalool naturally complements the floral notes of lavender, enhancing its calming effects, while Myrcene adds an earthy undertone that grounds the citrus brightness for a more holistic relaxing experience.

DOSAGE INFORMATION:

Each serving contains approximately 10mg THC. This is a moderate dose. Adjust based on your personal tolerance and the potency of your tincture.

PLEASE CONSUME RESPONSIBLY AND START LOW, GO SLOW!

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Effects may take 30-90 minutes to onset. Wait at least 2 hours before considering additional consumption. Do not drive or operate machinery.

INGREDIENTS:

For the Lavender Simple Syrup (makes about 4 oz):

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp dried food-grade lavender buds

For the Mocktail:

20mg THC total cannabis tincture

3 oz fresh lime juice

1.5 oz homemade lavender simple syrup (or store-bought)

6 oz chilled sparkling water or club soda

Fresh ice

Garnish: A sprig of fresh lavender and a lime wheel

INSTRUCTIONS:

Part 1: Make the Lavender Simple Syrup (can be made in advance)

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in the dried lavender buds.

Let the mixture steep for 15-20 minutes, or longer for a stronger lavender flavor. Do not over-steep, as it can become bitter.

Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the lavender buds. Let cool completely before use. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Part 2: Assemble the Mocktail

In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, combine the fresh lime juice and the cooled lavender simple syrup.

Add the cannabis tincture (20mg total) to the mixture and stir well for 30 seconds to ensure the tincture is fully dispersed.

Fill two tall glasses or highball glasses with fresh ice.

Pour the lime-lavender base evenly into the two glasses.

Top each glass with 3 oz of chilled sparkling water.

Stir gently once or twice to combine, being careful not to lose the effervescence.

Garnish each drink with a sprig of fresh lavender (if available, gently muddled between fingers to release aroma) and a thin lime wheel.

CHEF TIPS:

Lavender Quality: Ensure your lavender buds are food-grade and free from pesticides. Culinary lavender is best.

Syrup Storage: Making extra lavender syrup is a great idea! It’s wonderful in teas, lemonades, or over fresh fruit.

Citrus Balance: The amount of lime juice can be adjusted to your preference. If you like it tarter, add a splash more.

Serve immediately. Enjoy the Lavender-Infused Lime Cooler responsibly 💜🍋
