CANNABIS-INFUSED LOADED PIZZA PINWHEELS

Buttery, flaky pinwheels packed with pepperoni, mozzarella, marinara, and herbs, then brushed with cannabis-infused garlic butter right out of the oven. They bake up crisp on the outside while staying cheesy and gooey inside. Step 1 — Decarboxylation

Ingredients

7 g cannabis flower

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 240°F (115°C).
  2. Break cannabis into small pieces.
  3. Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Allow cannabis to cool completely.

Step 2 — Cannabis Butter Infusion

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup water
Decarboxylated cannabis

Instructions

  1. Combine butter and water in saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add decarboxylated cannabis once butter melts.
  3. Simmer gently 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Keep temperature low and avoid boiling.
  5. Strain through cheesecloth into container.
  6. Refrigerate until butter solidifies.
  7. Remove hardened butter.

Step 3 — Pinwheel Filling

Ingredients

1 sheet pizza dough (or crescent dough)
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup mini pepperoni
⅓ cup marinara sauce
½ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Roll dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread marinara evenly across dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.

Step 4 — Roll and Slice

  1. Roll dough tightly into a log.
  2. Slice into 1-inch rounds.
  3. Place slices cut-side up on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 5 — Bake

  1. Bake 14–16 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  2. Remove from oven.

Step 6 — Garlic Infused Butter Finish

Ingredients

2 tbsp cannabis butter
1 clove garlic (minced)
½ tsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt cannabis butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in garlic and warm 30 seconds.
  3. Brush warm pinwheels with infused garlic butter.
  4. Sprinkle parsley.
