Cannabis-Infused Roasted Garlic Herb Oil

A deeply savory infused oil built with slow-roasted garlic, fresh herbs, and terpene-rich cannabis. This finishing oil is perfect for bread dipping, pizza drizzle, roasted vegetables, steak, pasta, and sandwiches.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 1 cup infused oil

Using 3g cannabis at 15% THC

≈450mg THC total
≈14mg THC per tablespoon

Adjust potency by adjusting cannabis quantity.

Step 1: Decarboxylation

Ingredients

3g cannabis flower

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C)
  2. Break cannabis into small pieces
  3. Spread evenly on parchment lined baking tray
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes
  5. Cool completely

Step 2: Roast Garlic

Ingredients

1 whole garlic bulb
1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. Slice top off garlic bulb
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Wrap loosely in foil
  4. Roast at 350°F for 35 minutes
  5. Squeeze soft roasted garlic from cloves

Step 3: Infuse Oil

Ingredients

1 cup olive oil or avocado oil
Decarboxylated cannabis
Roasted garlic

Method

  1. Heat oil in saucepan on low heat
  2. Add cannabis and roasted garlic
  3. Maintain 160–180°F
  4. Infuse 2 hours, stirring occasionally
  5. Strain through cheesecloth

Step 4: Herb Finish

Ingredients

1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
1 tbsp fresh thyme (finely chopped)
½ tsp sea salt

Method

  1. Stir herbs into warm infused oil
  2. Add sea salt
  3. Allow herbs to steep 15 minutes

Storage

Store in sealed glass jar

Refrigerated: 3 weeks

• Dip artisan bread
• Drizzle on pizza
• Finish steak or chicken
• Toss with roasted potatoes
