Step 1: Decarboxylation
Ingredients
3g cannabis flower
Method
- Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C)
- Break cannabis into small pieces
- Spread evenly on parchment lined baking tray
- Bake 35–40 minutes
- Cool completely
Step 2: Roast Garlic
Ingredients
1 whole garlic bulb
1 tsp olive oil
Method
- Slice top off garlic bulb
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Wrap loosely in foil
- Roast at 350°F for 35 minutes
- Squeeze soft roasted garlic from cloves
Step 3: Infuse Oil
Ingredients
1 cup olive oil or avocado oil
Decarboxylated cannabis
Roasted garlic
Method
- Heat oil in saucepan on low heat
- Add cannabis and roasted garlic
- Maintain 160–180°F
- Infuse 2 hours, stirring occasionally
- Strain through cheesecloth
Step 4: Herb Finish
Ingredients
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
1 tbsp fresh thyme (finely chopped)
½ tsp sea salt
Method
- Stir herbs into warm infused oil
- Add sea salt
- Allow herbs to steep 15 minutes
