Step 1 — Decarboxylation
Ingredients
7 g cannabis flower
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 240°F (115°C).
- Break cannabis into small pieces.
- Spread on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Allow to cool completely.
Step 2 — Cannabis Maple Butter Infusion
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup water
Decarboxylated cannabis
2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Melt butter and water together in saucepan over low heat.
- Add cannabis.
- Simmer gently 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Keep heat low — do not boil.
- Strain through cheesecloth.
- Chill until butter solidifies.
- Remove hardened cannabis butter and mix with maple syrup.
Step 3 — Cornbread Batter
Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
½ cup flour

1 egg
¾ cup milk

Instructions
