Ingredients
• 1 gram cannabis flower
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon truffle oil
• pinch sea salt
Decarboxylation Method
- Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C).
- Break cannabis into small pieces.
- Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until lightly toasted and fragrant.
- Remove and allow to cool.
Infusion Method
- Melt butter in a small saucepan on very low heat.
- Add decarboxylated cannabis.
- Maintain temperature below 180°F. Do not simmer.
- Steep gently for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Strain through cheesecloth into a small bowl.
- Stir in truffle oil and sea salt.
You now have cannabis-infused truffle butter.
Step 2: Ribeye Steakhouse Preparation
Ingredients
• 2 ribeye steaks (1–1.5 inches thick)
• 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused truffle butter
• salt
• freshly cracked black pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• fresh thyme

• cast iron skillet

Method

Bring Steak to Room Temperature
Remove ribeye from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. -
Season Generously
Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper. -
Heat the Pan
Heat cast iron skillet over high heat. Add olive oil. -
Sear the Steak

Rest the Steak
