Cannabis-Infused Vanilla Bean Coconut Oil

A smooth, aromatic cannabis-infused coconut oil finished with real vanilla bean. Perfect for desserts, baking, coffee, smoothies, and infused chocolate.


A Note on Dosing

This recipe makes 1 cup infused oil

Using 3g cannabis at 15% THC

≈450mg THC total
≈14mg THC per tablespoon

Adjust potency by adjusting cannabis quantity.

Step 1: Decarboxylation

Ingredients

3g cannabis flower

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C)
  2. Break cannabis into small pieces
  3. Spread evenly on parchment lined baking tray
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes
  5. Cool completely

Step 2: Infuse Coconut Oil

Ingredients

1 cup coconut oil
Decarboxylated cannabis

Method

  1. Melt coconut oil in saucepan on low heat
  2. Add cannabis
  3. Maintain 160–180°F
  4. Infuse 2 hours, stirring occasionally
  5. Strain through cheesecloth

Step 3: Vanilla Bean Finish

Ingredients

1 whole vanilla bean
½ tsp sea salt (optional)

Method

  1. Slice vanilla bean lengthwise
  2. Scrape seeds into warm infused oil
  3. Add empty pod to oil
  4. Stir thoroughly
  5. Allow to steep 20 minutes

Remove pod before storing.


Storage

Refrigerated: 1 month
Room temperature: 2 weeks

Keep sealed in glass jar.
