Step 1: Decarboxylation
Ingredients
3g cannabis flower
Method
- Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C)
- Break cannabis into small pieces
- Spread evenly on parchment lined tray
- Bake 35–40 minutes
- Cool completely
Step 2: Infuse Butter
Ingredients
¾ cup unsalted butter
Decarboxylated cannabis
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan over low heat
- Add cannabis
- Maintain 160–180°F
- Infuse 2 hours, stirring occasionally
- Strain through cheesecloth
Step 3: Vanilla Cream Filling
Ingredients
½ cup infused butter (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp heavy cream
Method
- Beat butter until fluffy
- Gradually add powdered sugar
- Mix in vanilla and cream
- Beat until light and smooth
Step 4: Assemble Wafer Bars
Ingredients
40 vanilla wafer cookies
Method
- Spread cream filling onto 20 wafers
- Top with remaining wafers
- Press gently to form sandwiches
Step 5: Chocolate Coating
Ingredients
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp infused butter
Method
- Melt chocolate using double boiler or microwave
- Stir in infused butter
- Dip each wafer sandwich halfway in chocolate
- Place on parchment lined tray
Allow chocolate to set 20 minutes.
