Champagne-Infused Strawberry THC Hearts

(15 mg THC each · Valentine’s Day in edible form)

Makes 30 hearts · Total batch 450 mg THC

Tastes like fresh strawberries dipped in chilled rosé champagne. Zero weed flavor.

Ingredients

- 1 lb (450 g) fresh ripe strawberries, hulled and finely chopped

- ¾ cup (180 ml) dry champagne or rosé sparkling wine (real stuff, not sweet)

- ¼ cup (60 ml) water

- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar

- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 6 tbsp unflavored gelatin (bovine or agar-agar for vegan)

- 1 tsp liquid sunflower lecithin

- 450 mg THC distillate (clear, flavorless)

- Pink or red food coloring (optional, 1–2 drops)

- Edible gold luster dust for finishing (optional but sexy)

Gear

- Heart-shaped silicone molds (1–1.5 tbsp size)

- Small saucepan

- Fine mesh strainer

- Immersion blender or regular blender

- Dropper bottle

Steps (30 min active)

1. Place chopped strawberries, champagne, water, sugar, and lemon juice in saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low for 8–10 minutes until strawberries are soft and liquid is bright pink.

2. Remove from heat. Blend smooth with immersion blender (or transfer to regular blender).

3. Strain through fine mesh, pressing hard. Return 1½ cups (360 ml) of the bright pink liquid to the clean saucepan. Discard pulp (or save for cocktails).

4. Warm liquid to 160 °F. Remove from heat. Whisk in lecithin and THC distillate until completely dissolved.

5. Sprinkle gelatin over the surface in a slow, steady rain while whisking constantly—no clumps.

6. Return to low heat, whisk 2–3 minutes until perfectly silky. Add food coloring if you want deeper pink.

7. Fill heart molds immediately (mixture sets fast).

8. Refrigerate 25–30 minutes until firm. Pop out and lightly dust with edible gold luster if you’re feeling fancy.

Storage

Airtight container in fridge → 3 weeks

Freezer → 4 months

Effect

Onset 45–90 min. Warm, bubbly, euphoric body high with a happy, flirty headspace. Perfect for date night or solo celebration.

Pro moves

- Use mini heart molds for 7.5 mg micro-hearts (60 pieces).

- Swap half the champagne for elderflower liqueur for extra floral notes.

- Roll finished hearts in citric acid + superfine sugar for a champagne-mimosa sour kick.

One heart = gentle lift and giggles.

Two hearts = clothes optional.

Happy Valentine’s, whenever you decide it is.
