CHARRED CORN & LIME 🌽🔥

INGREDIENTS:

 * 10mg THC total cannabis tincture

 * 1.5 oz Charred corn-infused syrup (see tips)

 * 1 oz fresh lime juice

 * 4 oz chilled sparkling water

 * Rim: Tajín Clásico Seasoning

 * Fresh ice

 * Garnish: A small piece of charred corn on the cob and a lime wheel

INSTRUCTIONS:

 * Prepare the rim by running a lime wedge around the edge of a rocks glass or highball glass and dipping it into a plate of Tajín.

 * In a cocktail shaker, combine the charred corn syrup, fresh lime juice, and the cannabis tincture (10mg).

 * Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds to chill.

 * Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture into it.

 * Top with chilled sparkling water and stir gently to combine.

 * Garnish with a small, charred piece of corn and a lime wheel.

CHEF TIPS:

Charred Corn Syrup: Grill 2 ears of corn until charred. Cut the kernels off (save for a snack!) and break the cobs into pieces. Simmer the cobs in 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar for 10 minutes. The cobs hold incredible "corn" flavor and a hint of smoke. Strain and cool.

Tajín: The salt, chili, and lime in the Tajín are essential to cut through the sweetness of the corn syrup.

Sparkling Water: Use a neutral sparkling water so the delicate toasted corn flavor can shine through.
