Chocolate-Covered Strawberry THC Roses
(15 mg THC each · 20 roses · 300 mg total batch)

Fresh strawberries dipped in dark chocolate, shaped into blooming roses – romantic, decadent, bite-sized elegance. Tastes like the finest chocolate shop, zero weed flavor.

Decarboxylation
1.5 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 0.75 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~300 mg usable THC

Infusion
1¼ cups (215 g) premium dark chocolate (70% cacao, chips or chopped) + ½ tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Melt chocolate to 110 °F → add decarbed material → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 300 mg THC dark chocolate

Assembly
20 large fresh strawberries (firm, ripe, long stems preferred)
All 300 mg THC dark chocolate, tempered or gently remelted
Optional: edible gold dust or red luster dust for extra glamour

Steps

1. Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries → chill 30 minutes (cold berries help chocolate set fast).

2. Prep petals: slice strawberry sides into thin "petals" (4–5 cuts from tip down, leaving base intact) → gently fan open into rose shape.

3. Dip fanned strawberry into THC chocolate → swirl to coat fully → tap off excess → place on parchment-lined sheet.

4. Chill 20 minutes until firm → optional second dip for thicker shell → dust lightly with luster while wet.

5. Store upright in fridge to preserve shape.

Storage
Airtight container (with parchment) → fridge 3–5 days (best fresh)

Dosing
300 mg ÷ 20 = 15 mg exact per rose
One rose = romantic indulgence
Two roses = blooming euphoria

Glossy dark chocolate petals blooming around red strawberry center, crisp snap then juicy burst, elegant stem for holding.
These are the treats that make people gasp before biting.
Make extra.
Gift one bouquet – keep one for yourself.
Chocolate strawberry roses – forever.
