Dragon Fruit Coconut THC Snowballs
(15 mg THC each · 30 snowballs · 450 mg total batch)

No-bake tropical bliss balls with vibrant pink dragon fruit center, creamy coconut coating, and a snowy shredded coconut finish. Bright, juicy, and subtly sweet – zero weed taste.

Decarboxylation
2.25 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 1.1 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~450 mg usable THC

Infusion
1 cup (240 ml) coconut cream (thick part from chilled can) + ½ tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Warm to 170 °F → add decarbed material → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 450 mg THC coconut cream

Filling
All 450 mg THC coconut cream
1½ cups (200 g) freeze-dried dragon fruit powder (or fresh pink dragon fruit blended and dehydrated)
1 cup (80 g) shredded unsweetened coconut
½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
¼ cup (60 ml) coconut condensed milk (or regular condensed for creamier)
Pinch fine salt

Coating
2 cups (160 g) shredded unsweetened coconut (for rolling)
Optional: extra freeze-dried dragon fruit powder for pink tint

Steps

1. Blend THC coconut cream + dragon fruit powder + shredded coconut + powdered sugar + condensed milk + salt until dough forms (it should hold together when squeezed).

2. Scoop into 30 balls (about 1 tbsp each) → roll smooth → chill 30 minutes to firm.

3. Roll each ball generously in shredded coconut → press lightly so it sticks.

4. Chill 1 hour to set → serve at room temp for soft chew or straight from fridge for firmer bite.

Storage
Airtight tin → 2 weeks room temp
Fridge → 1 month
Freezer → 3 months (thaw 10 minutes before eating)

Dosing
450 mg ÷ 30 = 15 mg exact per snowball
One snowball = tropical vacation vibe
Two snowballs = floating in a hammock

Vibrant pink interior peeking through snowy coconut, juicy dragon fruit burst, creamy coconut richness, and that perfect bite-size shape.
These are the treats that make people ask “wait, what’s in these?” while reaching for a third.
Make double.
Keep one batch in the freezer for emergencies.
Pure island escape, every bite.
