Step 1: The Decarboxylation (Activating Your Cannabis)
· Ingredients: 2 grams of a Limonene and Terpinolene-rich cannabis strain.
· Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C).
2. Coarsely grind the cannabis and spread it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until dry and lightly browned. Let cool completely.
Step 2: The Cannabis-Infused Citrus Olive Oil
· Ingredients: All of your decarbed cannabis, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, zest of 1 orange (removed in large strips with a peeler).

· Zest of 1 lemon (removed in strips)
· Zest of 1 orange (removed in strips, additional to infused oil)
· 2 teaspoons fennel seeds, lightly crushed
· 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, lightly crushed
· 2 whole dried bay leaves
· 1 small dried red chili, crushed (optional)
· 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme
· Method:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained olives, lemon zest, additional orange zest, crushed fennel and coriander seeds, bay leaves, and chili (if using).
2. Pour the warm (or room temperature) Cannabis-Infused Citrus Oil over the olive mixture. Stir well to coat every olive.
3. Add the herb sprigs and stir again.
4. Transfer everything to a clean glass jar or serving bowl. Cover and let marinate at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator (bring to room temp before serving).
