CHEF TIPS:
The Juniper: If you want a more intense flavor, you can simmer the juniper berries in your simple syrup beforehand to create a juniper-infused syrup.
The Tonic: Since there is no alcohol to hide behind, the quality of the tonic water is paramount. Use a high-end botanical tonic for the best results.
The Frost: To live up to its name, keep your tavern glass in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving to give it a beautiful "frosted" look.
Serve immediately. Enjoy the Frosted Juniper & Tonic responsibly š²šø
