Funfetti Sugar Cookies (200 mg THC Each)

Decarboxylation
6.0–6.3 g flower @ 24–26 % THC (lab-tested only)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~1200 mg usable THC
Infusion
1¼ cups (284 g) unsalted butter + 2 tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Melt to 170 °F → add decarbed flower → sous-vide 185 °F for 24 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 1200 mg THC butter
Cookie Dough
2¾ cups (350 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
All 1200 mg THC butter, softened
1½ cups (300 g) granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup rainbow jimmies (the long ones, not nonpareils)

Steps
1. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
2. Cream THC butter + sugar until fluffy (3–4 min).
Add egg, yolk, vanilla → beat until smooth.
3. Mix in dry ingredients just until combined.
Fold in ½ cup jimmies.
4. Divide into 6 equal balls (~200 g each).
Roll each ball in more jimmies until coated.
5. Place on parchment-lined tray. Chill 1 hour (or overnight).
6. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Space cookies 4 inches apart (they spread).
7. Bake 14–17 minutes – edges golden, centers still soft.
8. Cool on tray 10 minutes → transfer to rack.
Storage
Airtight tin → 5 days room temp
Freezer (dough or baked) → 3 months
Dosing
1200 mg ÷ 6 = 200 mg exact per cookie
One cookie = full-system recalibration
Half cookie = still a heroic dose for most mortals
