Golden Milk Turmeric THC Gummies

Decarboxylation
2.5 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 1.25 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~500 mg usable THC
Infusion
1 cup (240 ml) full-fat coconut milk + 1 tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Warm to 170 °F → add decarbed flower → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 500 mg THC coconut milk
Gummy Ingredients
All 500 mg THC coconut milk
½ cup (120 ml) water or almond milk
½ cup (170 g) raw honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp fresh turmeric juice (or 2 tsp ground + extra black pepper)
1 tbsp fresh ginger juice
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp fresh cracked black pepper (activates turmeric)
6 tbsp (54 g) grass-fed gelatin (or agar for vegan)
Steps
1. Bloom gelatin in ½ cup cold water 10 minutes.
2. Warm THC coconut milk + honey + turmeric + ginger + cinnamon + pepper to 160 °F (do not boil).
3. Remove from heat → whisk in bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
4. Pour into silicone molds (1 tsp per cavity = 50 pieces).
5. Refrigerate 45 minutes → pop out.
6. Optional: roll in turmeric-sugar mix for sparkle.

Airtight jar in fridge → 3 weeks
