How to Make 1000 Perfectly Even Gummies  
(the commercial-style method we use for dead-on dosing every single time)

This is the bulletproof, scale-up recipe that gives 1000 gummies at exactly 5 mg THC each (5000 mg total batch). No weak corners, no 8 mg “oops” pieces.

Decarboxylation  
25–26 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 13 g good kief)  
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jars → ~5000 mg usable THC

Infusion (maximum extraction)  
2½ cups (570 g) refined coconut oil or MCT + 3 tbsp liquid sunflower lecithin  
Melt to 170 °F → add decarbed material → 185 °F sous-vide 24 hours  
Strain hard through 90-micron bag while hot → crystal-clear 5000 mg THC oil

Gummy Recipe (yields exactly 1000 × 5 ml gummies)

Liquid phase  
4 cups (960 ml) cold water or fruit juice  
1½ cups (360 ml) light corn syrup or honey  
100 ml flavor extract (citrus, berry, etc.)

Dry phase  
20 pouches (500 g) unflavored gelatin (50 g per pouch is standard)  
2 tsp citric acid (optional, for sour)

Steps

1. Bloom gelatin: sprinkle all 500 g gelatin over the 4 cups cold liquid. Let sit 10 minutes (it will look like wet sand).
