How to Make Infused Agave Nectar
(the perfect neutral sweetener for cocktails, tea, coffee, or drizzling – clear, pourable, shelf-stable)

This is the cleanest way to get THC into liquid form without alcohol or strong flavors. Light agave stays crystal-clear and neutral; dark agave adds subtle caramel notes. Zero green taste, dissolves instantly in cold drinks.

What you need (for 500 ml nectar @ 500 mg THC total)
- 2.5 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 1.25 g good kief) → ~500 mg usable THC
- 2 cups (480 ml) light agave nectar (organic blue agave preferred)
- ½ cup (120 ml) water (filtered or distilled)
- 1 tsp liquid sunflower lecithin

The Low-Heat Method (preserves clarity and flavor)

1. Decarboxylate
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar (odorless method).

2. Warm the base
Combine agave + water + lecithin in small pot → heat gently to 160–170 °F (do not boil – agave burns easily).

3. Infuse
Add freshly decarbed material → blend with immersion blender 60 seconds.
Pour into mason jar → sous-vide at 176 °F for 2 hours (keeps it clear and prevents separation).

4. Strain & clarify
Pour through coffee filter or 90-micron bag → squeeze gently. Result: perfectly clear, golden nectar.

5. Bottle
Funnel into sterilized squeeze bottle or dropper bottle → cool → room temp or fridge.

Results
- THC recovery: 95–98 %
- Clarity: glass-clear
- Taste: pure agave sweetness, no plant notes
- Shelf life: 6–12 months room temp (agave is a natural preservative)

Dosing examples
- 1 tsp (5 ml) = ~10 mg THC
- 1 tbsp in cocktail = ~25 mg
- Drizzle on yogurt = microdose

Pro tips
- Use light agave for neutral drinks (margaritas, iced tea). Dark agave for deeper flavor (coffee, old fashioned).
- For stronger batches: reduce water slightly for thicker consistency.
- Shake bottle gently before use – lecithin keeps it stable forever.

This nectar turns any cold drink into a discreet, fast-onset edible (slightly quicker than oil due to sugar absorption).
One bottle lives on the bar cart permanently.
Sweet, pourable potency – unlocked.
