How to Make Vegan RSO Capsules
(50 mg THC each · 20 capsules · 1000 mg total batch)

Clean, flavorless, shelf-stable vegan capsules with perfect dosing. No gelatin, no coconut oil, no mess.

What you need
- 1 g high-quality RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) @ 90–95 % THC → ~900–950 mg usable
- 1 g organic sunflower lecithin powder (non-GMO, de-oiled)
- 20 size “00” vegan capsules (HPMC or pullulan – holds ~0.9–1 g fill)

Equipment
- Small glass bowl
- Tiny spatula or toothpick
- Digital scale accurate to 0.01 g
- Capsule filling tray (optional but life-changing)

Steps

1. Weigh exactly 1.00 g RSO + 1.00 g lecithin powder into the glass bowl.

2. Warm bowl gently in a hot-water bath (110–120 °F max) for 60–90 seconds.
Stir constantly until perfectly smooth and glossy (RSO melts into the lecithin).

3. Remove from heat. Mixture should be thick but pourable.

4. Using the spatula or a tiny syringe, fill each vegan capsule:
Target fill weight = 0.095–0.100 g per capsule
This gives exactly 45–50 mg THC per capsule (accounting for slight loss)

5. Wipe any excess from the outside, close capsules.

6. Store in an airtight amber jar in the fridge.

Dosing
50 mg THC per capsule
Start with ½ capsule (25 mg) if you’re new to RSO
Full capsule = heavy medical dose

Storage
Fridge → 12+ months
Freezer → indefinite (just let warm 10 min before opening)

Why this works so well
- Lecithin makes RSO flowable without adding volume
- Vegan capsules are tasteless and odor-proof
- No carrier oil = no rancidity, no burps, no calories
- Exact weight per capsule = perfect dosing every time

These are the cleanest, strongest vegan capsules you can make at home.
No heat degradation, no animal products, no guessing.
Keep them cold, keep them dark, and they’ll stay potent for years.
