Lavender Honey Cannabis Caramels
These are stupidly elegant: soft, chewy caramels that taste like a French meadow at sunset. Floral lavender, raw honey, a touch of sea salt, and perfectly dosed THC. Cut them tiny and they disappear at parties; cut them bigger and one knocks you out for the best sleep of your life.

Complete Recipe
Ingredients
¾ cup (600 mg) lavender canna-butter
1 cup high-quality honey (raw wildflower is perfect)
2 cups white sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ tsp fine sea salt + flaky salt for topping
Gear
9×9 pan lined with parchment (two flaps crossing)
Candy thermometer (non-negotiable)
Steps
1. Combine canna-butter, honey, sugar, and cream in a heavy 4-quart pot.
2. Medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves completely.
3. Clip on candy thermometer. Stop stirring.
4. Cook to 248–250 °F (firm-ball stage). Takes 18–25 minutes. Swirl the pot gently if needed.
5. When it hits 248 °F, pull off heat immediately. Stir in vanilla and fine salt.
6. Pour into lined pan (do NOT scrape the pot).
7. Cool 20 minutes, then sprinkle flaky salt on top.
8. Cool completely (3–4 hours room temp or 90 min in fridge).
9. Lift out with parchment, cut with a hot, oiled knife into 8×8 (64 tiny) or 6×6 (36 medium).
10. Wrap individually in wax paper squares (keeps them from sticking).
Storage
Airtight tin at room temp → 3 weeks
Fridge → 2 months
Freezer → 6+ months
Start with one small piece and wait 2 hours. These creep up slow and luxurious, then melt you into the couch with a smile. The lavender makes everything feel fancy, the honey keeps them impossibly soft, and the salt makes you reach for “just one more.” Keep them away from anyone who claims they “don’t feel edibles.” They will feel these.
