Lavender Linalool Honey Drizzle
Floral, calming, and straight-up bedtime in a jar — this is the honey that makes chamomile tea feel like a hug from the inside. Dried lavender and linalool-heavy cannabis flower infuse raw honey until it tastes like a meadow at dusk. Drizzle it over yogurt, toast, fresh fruit, or straight into your mouth when the day’s done.
Makes ~1½ cups (24 tablespoons)
Active time: 10 minutes
Total time: 48 hours + infusion
Dosage: exactly 8 mg THC per tablespoon (192 mg total in the honey)
Infusion (start 10 days ahead or use your existing stash)
Decarboxylation
5.48 g cannabis flower testing 22 % THC
240 °F for 40 minutes, cool in oven.
Lavender linalool honey (makes 1½ cups / 192 mg usable THC)
1½ cups raw, unfiltered honey (local if possible)
3 tbsp food-grade dried lavender buds (culinary grade, no pesticides)
5.48 g decarbed flower, coarsely ground
1 tsp sunflower lecithin granules
1. Warm honey in a saucepan to ~110 °F (just warm to touch, never boil — honey hates heat).
2. Pour warm honey into a large mason jar with lavender, decarbed flower, and lecithin. Stir well.
3. Seal and place jar in a dark, cool spot (pantry or cupboard) for 48 hours, shaking or stirring every 12 hours.
4. After 48 hours, warm the jar in a water bath at 110 °F for 15 minutes to loosen. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth — press gently to get every drop. No need to double-strain; a few lavender flecks are pretty.
5. Pour into a clean jar. It will thicken as it cools.
