Lavender London Fog THC Latte Mix
(25 mg THC per latte · 12 servings · 300 mg total batch)
Instant dry mix that turns any milk into a creamy, floral Earl Grey latte with a perfect sleepy buzz. Zero weed taste.
Decarboxylation
1.2–1.3 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 0.65 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~300 mg usable THC
Infusion
½ cup (113 g) refined coconut oil powder (micro-encapsulated, dry) + 1 tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Warm oil powder to 170 °F → add decarbed flower → sous-vide 185 °F for 4 hours
Strain hard → you now have 300 mg THC dry oil powder
Latte Mix Ingredients
All 300 mg THC dry oil powder
¾ cup (90 g) instant skim milk powder (or oat/almond milk powder for vegan)
½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
2 tbsp food-grade dried lavender (finely ground)
2 tbsp loose-leaf Earl Grey tea (finely ground)
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
pinch fine sea salt
Steps
1. Grind lavender and Earl Grey tea to fine powder (coffee grinder works).
2. Combine everything in a bowl → whisk until completely uniform.
3. Transfer to an airtight jar (shake before each use).
To make one latte
- Heat 8 oz milk (dairy or plant)
- Whisk in 2 tbsp (25 g) mix
- Optional: froth and top with lavender buds
Storage
Airtight jar → 6 months room temp
Fridge → 1 year
Dosing
300 mg ÷ 12 = 25 mg exact per 2-tbsp serving
One mug = cozy, floral calm
Two mugs = lights out
