Passionfruit Mojito THC Jello Shots
(12 mg THC each · 24 shots · 288 mg total batch)
Decarboxylation
0.9–1.0 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 0.45 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in a sealed mason jar → ~288 mg usable THC
Infusion
¼ cup (60 ml) refined coconut oil or MCT oil + 1 tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Melt to 170 °F → add decarbed material → hold 185 °F sous-vide 4 hours
Strain hard through 90-micron bag while hot → crystal-clear 288 mg THC oil
Jello Shot Ingredients
1 cup (240 ml) fresh passionfruit juice (6–8 fruits) or 100 % pure bottled
½ cup (120 ml) white rum
¼ cup (60 ml) fresh lime juice
¼ cup (60 ml) mint simple syrup (½ cup sugar + ½ cup water + big handful mint, boil, steep 20 min, strain)
½ cup (120 ml) cold water
4 envelopes (28 g) unflavored gelatin
All 288 mg THC oil from above
fresh mint leaves + thin lime slices for garnish
Steps
1. Sprinkle gelatin over the ½ cup cold water. Let bloom 5 min.
2. Warm passionfruit juice, rum, lime juice, and mint syrup to 160 °F (do not boil).
3. Remove from heat. Whisk in bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
4. Add warm THC oil. Whisk 60 seconds until silky.
5. Drop one mint leaf and one thin lime slice into each 2-oz shot cup or mold.
6. Pour mixture into 24 cups. Refrigerate 3–4 hours until firm.
7. Serve in cups or pop out and plate.
Storage
Fridge → 2 weeks
Freezer → 3 months (thaw in fridge)

288 mg ÷ 24 = 12 mg exact per shot
