Peanut Butter–Miso–Banana “Elvis on Acid” THC Blondies (60 mg each)

This is the bar that killed Elvis and then brought him back as a god. Chewy, salty-sweet blondies loaded with browned butter, dark brown sugar, crunchy peanut butter, red miso, and chunks of caramelized banana, all riding on 720 mg of the cleanest RSO you’ve ever met. One square tastes like the King’s midnight sandwich went to therapy, got a PhD, and came back to ruin your life in the best way. You will hear “Love Me Tender” in 7.1 surround sound while your soul leaves your body.

Makes 12 fat squares (9 × 13-inch pan)

Active time: 45 minutes | Total time: 2½ hours + overnight chill

Dosage: 60 mg THC per square (720 mg total in the batter)

Start with the RSO infusion (do this the day before or earlier)

- 1 oz flower testing 22 % THC → decarb at 237 °F for 57 minutes → cool in oven

- Extract with 190-proof Everclear or high-proof neutral grain spirit → evaporate to thick RSO

- Final yield: ~0.25 oz (7 g) pure RSO containing exactly 720 mg usable THC

Batter

- 1 lb (4 sticks) unsalted butter, browned and cooled until just warm

- 2½ cups packed dark brown sugar

- ½ cup crunchy natural peanut butter (no sugar added, just peanuts + salt)

- ¼ cup red miso (the darker and funkier the better)

- 4 large eggs, room temp

- 2 tbsp vanilla extract

- 2½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1½ tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp kosher salt

- 3 very ripe bananas, sliced ½-inch thick and caramelized in a skillet with 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp brown sugar until dark golden

The mix

1. Whisk browned butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, and miso until smooth.

2. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

3. When the temperature of the batter drops below 90 °F, fold in the 720 mg RSO with a spatula until completely uniform.

4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt; fold just until combined.

5. Fold in the caramelized banana chunks.

6. Spread into a buttered, parchment-lined 9 × 13-inch pan.

7. Optional but evil: press extra banana slices and a light sprinkle of flaky salt on top.

Bake at 335 °F convection for 38–42 minutes. The center should hit 200 °F and still look slightly underdone. Cool completely (2 hours), then chill overnight for perfect chewy texture.

Cut cold into 12 squares (4 × 3 grid).

Bring to room temp before serving.

60 mg per square.

Eat half and you’ll be humming “Suspicious Minds” while petting the couch.

Eat a whole one and you’ll wake up in Graceland wearing a sequined cape, holding a half-eaten blondie, and 100 % certain you are the second coming.

Thank you… thank you very much. 🇺🇸🥜🍌
